` aches and pains

helped move alot of CRAP from the old office to the new one, and today i am officially sore... i have the sorest arms which in turn shows that i am very VERY unfit and very very yes, unfit :(

i realised theres so much going on with people these days, the world is really at a lost cause..

i just recently found out that barack obama may not be the man we all hoped and dreamed and came to love..... such a handsome man, with such brilliain speechs, ofc can win the hearts of many.. but now he has approved stem cell research or something.. which means that he believes in killing unborn babies, with this stem cell thingy been approved... and many other speculations too.

and apparnetly australia is the NEXT target for terriorist attacks - great eh. well dont think we'd be attacked in brisbane, we dont have any significant land marks or anything - maybe the ferris wheel at southbank? i think these terrorists are more likely to strike sydney or melbourne. gosh, so hope to still be alive at year end then.

heard from a friend, tat her colleague died the other day, which is totally like wth... he committed suicide cos his wife left him.. to imagine you sat near that colleague, talked to that person, joked with that person... shared the same project with that person and now that person is dead??

where is the justice in this world

and a colleague of mine, just recently got into a nasty nasty and i mean nasty divorce. his ex is psycho, threatening him , then in the end last week she just packed up the whole house, took the 2 kids while he was out , and disappeared, she wont take his calls or contact him at all.......... which is depressing for him,cos they are his kids - wat a iresponsible mom... to allow this to happen to her kids , its the dads right to be able to see them.. and now he does not know where they are. and hes very depressed, hasnt been to work for the whole week.

all the more, i need to pray for him... pray that his situation will turn around. people are just filled with so many problems in life, problem after problem after problem.. when does it ever end.

i think i should do charity work - like go to africa and help the poor kids.
