today i learnt a lesson, never say i dont know to the boss especially when he is in a bad mood.. today i experienced scolding from him, he over heard me saying 'i dont know how to do that' to a colleague and thats when world war 3 started,
he looked as though he wanted to slice me in quarters chop me mince me and cook me into stew!!! he CLEARLY knows that is not part of my job description yet he says U SHOULD KNOW IT, U SIT NEXT TO *The girl who is suppose to do it* who was away today..
i was thinking to my self, oh yep so i sit there and always look At her doing her work without me doing MY work? anyway today i felt so stressed cos i had to do some of her tasks, and half of which she had not taught me or whatever so i just tried to do them ... and at least the day zoomed by, i thought i 'd have a cruisy day been friday and all, but it was stressful.. anyway from this day on i will ensure to know nearly everything she does, and asking her to teach me everyhrting so that that he does not yell again... everyone sure kena sometimes.. he has been picking on this fella for a while, and now clearly hes done and moved on to me. ...... he has tendancys to make ppl cry, he told his girl off and she cried.. oh boo :(
the feeling of Not knowing how to do things makes me feel so incapable.. i wish to know how to do everything but unforautnely i dont... but the feeling is grose!
anyway my good frriday turned into a bad one.. but now i m gona put this all behind me and move on, cos thats what ur suppose to do rite.. move on. forget yesterday and move on wit tomorrow.
on a lighter note,
we watched a dvd tongiht at life group called indescribable it was really nice! it was about our universe, how God made it so wonderfully and how sMALL and MINISCULE we are compared to the universe. and yes i learnt many interesting facts of how small we really are, and yes are all just ONE speck of dust..... we dont need to feel small, cos we are small.
but even though we r so small, God knows each and every one of us and loves us!!! THANK YOU GOD... u are the best. no one can compare to You.

We all had our days shim, I had a rough time with my boss. A similar situation(perhaps more horrible) to yours and it hit me one day that, We're all paid to "know"
IDK's are unacceptable as when the boss sees you, they expect you're prepared for a solution.
I've learnt the best answer to any "unprepared" question is.. "let me check it out and get back to you on that" and make sure u get back with the solution ASAP.. hehe :)

thanks for that, at least i feel a bit beter knowing im not the only one getting yelled at!! yeah next time i will know never to say I DONT KNOW instead ill say I KNOW and then go and find out.. ha......
